At approximately 11pm on Saturday, July 31 the Ocean Pines Vol. Fire Department was alerted for an EMS call at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club for a patient with injuries from a fall. Paramedics determined that transporting the patient via Maryland State Police Aviation Command, Trooper 4 would provide the best outcome. Trooper 4 utilized the Helipad in front of the OPVFD South Station and transported the patient to Tidal Health in Salisbury, MD.
