Ocean Pines Cadets Assist w/Flag Retirement
Saturday, November 13, 2021

On Saturday November 13, 2021, the Ocean Pines Vol. Fire Department assisted two area Boy Scouts of America troops with a Flag Retirement Ceremony at the Worcester County Veterans Memorial at Ocean Pines. Under the direction of Lt. Sturgill and Firefighter/Chaplain Healy, our cadets (JR Firefighters) stood by to ensure the fire pit involved in the retirement process was properly used and extinguished at the end of the ceremony.
