The Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. is accepting proposals from qualified printing and direct-mail service providers for the production and distribution of its annual Fund Drive mailing campaign.

The requested services include mailing-list processing and validation, printing of fundraising materials, production of outgoing and return envelopes, envelope insertion, postal preparation, delivery to the appropriate United States Postal Service facility, and preparation of a follow-up reminder mailing.

The Department anticipates mailing approximately 8,200 initial solicitation packages annually, with a follow-up reminder mailing sent to qualifying addresses. Actual quantities may vary based on the mailing list provided for each campaign.
