This Independence Day, the Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department proudly hosted a special celebration at the station, bringing together the families of our dedicated volunteer and career members. While our team remained fully staffed and ready to serve the community, we also made space to celebrate the holiday with those who matter most—our families.

We fired up the grill with hamburgers and hot dogs, while families brought an amazing spread of sides and desserts to share. Laughter, good food, and quality time filled the evening as we watched the fireworks light up the sky together.

Moments like this remind us that behind every firefighter is a family that sacrifices, supports, and serves too. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this 4th of July one to remember!
