At approximately 1:10pm on Thursday September 15, 2022, the Ocean Pines Vol. Fire Department was alerted for a motor vehicle accident on Ocean Expressway; Worcester Central advised of a single vehicle into a tree. Ocean Pines Paramedics were first on scene and confirmed a single vehicle accident with one patient. Upon arrival Lt Enste established command while the crew of Rescue 11 secured power to the vehicle and assisted with patient care. The patient was transported to Tidal Health in Salisbury for further evaluation.
The scene was turned over to the Maryland State Police Department for further investigation.
