At approximately 1:25am on Sunday September 18, 2022, the Ocean Pines Vol. Fire Department was alerted for a motor vehicle accident on Racetrack Road; Worcester Central advised of a single motorcycle accident with the rider still down. Upon arrival Chief Grunewald established command while the crews from Ocean Pines began to provide patient care. The patient was transported to Tidal Health in Salisbury and the scene was turned over to the Maryland State Police Department for further investigation.
