Maureen has a deep connection to Ocean Pines, and her story embodies the spirit of our community:
"My parents bought a summer home in the Pines 38 years ago. I met my husband on the Ocean Pines beach 31 years ago. I have been lucky to have spent almost every summer in Ocean Pines with my mom, husband, and three boys for the last 25 years. We’ve always bought the raffle tickets - for the houses, lots, cash, and vehicles. This summer was no different. I purchased the ticket at A Bagel And. We like to donate to the Fire Department and never did I imagine we would win. We appreciate all the department does for Ocean Pines and the least we can do is support them. We will continue to buy raffle tickets in the years to come."
