At 1:37am on Sunday, November 15, 2020, the Ocean Pines Vol. Fire Department was alerted for a motor vehicle accident on Ocean Expressway, west of Racetrack Rd. Upon arriving on scene, 1100 Paramedic One confirmed a single vehicle into the trees with no occupants while Chief Grunewald established command. Crews searched the area for occupants and remained on scene while the vehicle was recovered from the tree line and prepared for towing. The scene was turned over to the Maryland State Police and the Worcester County Sheriff's office for further investigation.
