At approximately 10:49am on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, the Ocean Pines Vol. Fire Department was alerted for a medical emergency; Worcester Central advised that a Medical Alert subscription service reported a patient in need of assistance. Upon arrival, Paramedics determined (after a duel consultation) the patient needed to be airlifted. With assistance from Trooper 4, the patient was successfully transported to Shock Trauma.
